Can a sim pilot land a real plane?

I fly a sim extensively and fly single engine piston aircraft, and I believe a good sim pilot could land a light airplane with no problem. Of course the key to landing is airspeed and descent rate management, and sim pilots tend to be very good at both.

Can a SIM pilot fly a real plane?

Not safely, no. But it does help, a lot. Real aircraft controls are bigger, heavier, and harder to operate than sim controls. Sim pilots often pick up bad habits that are immediately obvious in the real airplane, particularly flying out of coordination.

Can you fly real plane after flight simulator?

No, you can't go straight from a simulator to a real plane. You do get a very good head start from the simulator, but you also get a bunch of bad habits, and no real feel for the airplane. This isn't really a problem just flying around, but you'll probably have issues trying to taxi (yes, really).

Why don't pilots land with autopilot?

Autoland is stressful and labour-intensive for pilots compared with flying the plane normally down to the ground in VMC. Autoland produces less comfortable or otherwise "worse" quality landings.
