Only full games are eligible for a refund. You can't refund a downloadable content (DLC) purchase. Even if a game you purchase is eligible for a refund, there are some limitations. If you've launched the game, you can request a refund within 24 hours from the time you first launched the game.

Why can't you gift games on Steam?

There is no concrete Sims 5 release date right now, with players being let into the Project Rene secret "earlier than ever before" because Maxis "want you to be a part of the development journey." Can Origin play with Steam It Takes Two?

Though It Takes Two can be purchased with Steam, the game is published by EA. This means that the game will launch through EA's own launcher, called Origin. As such, both players will need Steam and Origin accounts. This shouldn't be too much of a hassle to set up though!

Why is Origin shutting down?

According to the gifting FAQ, Respawn is planning on allowing players to gift both of the latter items at some point in the future, but Apex Coins will likely not be giftable at any point in the future.

Can you gift owned skins in Apex?

For now, on Apex Legends you can only gift anything that can be purchased with Apex Coins. This includes single items or bundles of weapon skins, charms, and Legends. The only items that can't be gifted are Apex Coins as well as Thematic Packs Collection Event items.
