We probably need an "Oblivion for Skyrim players" on the sidebar. Yes to all except you can't get married w/o mods. All the gods in the other elder scrolls games are in Oblivion (8+1 divines and 13 daedric princes), you only meet a couple in person, I don't know if you want spoilers though.
