Can you refund Nintendo games?

We are unable to provide refunds or exchanges for mistaken purchases. Please be sure to read the game descriptions and check out the screen shots available through the Nintendo eShop before making purchases. Can you refund pre ordered games on switch?

Important: A pre-order can only be canceled if it is 7 days or longer before the game's release.

How long does Nintendo take to refund?

If credit card payment was used, the credit will be applied to the same credit card number that was used for the original order. Credits should appear within two billing cycles. Nintendo reserves the right to limit or decline refunds or exchanges.

Are Nintendo eShop cards refundable?

Card balance cannot be redeemed for cash and is non-refundable unless required by law. Card balance will not be replaced by Nintendo or retailer if the card is lost or stolen.

Valve will, upon request via help.steampowered.com, issue a refund for any title that is requested within 14 days of purchase and has been played for less than 2 hours. Even if you fall outside of the refund rules we've described, you can submit a request and we'll take a look at it.

Can I buy or sell my Steam account? Steam accounts cannot be bought or sold. An account is for the personal use of its creator only.

What is Nintendo's refund policy?

You have 30 days after delivery of your order to return or exchange products purchased directly from the My Nintendo Store. Video games can be returned to any Walmart store whether they were purchased in person or online. Video games purchased in store cannot be returned through the online returns process.

Why do I have negative V-Bucks?

If there are not enough V-Bucks on your account to cover this amount, then this will create V-Buck debt. You can reverse a negative V-Bucks balance by purchasing V-Bucks to cover the amount owed.

What happens if you accidentally buy a skin on Fortnite?

Click on the silhouette icon to open the Account And Privacy settings page. Click Return or Cancel Purchase under Account. This will bring up a list of all of the eligible purchases you bought in-game within the past 30 days. Find and select the item you want to return and select it on the list.

How many refunds does Fortnite allow?

Even if the item you want to return is eligible, there is still a cap on how many refunds you can actually request in a given timeframe. Every Fortnite account has a maximum of three returns (denoted by little ticket icons) and these can be depleted if you are not careful about how you use them.
