Yes you can. You can sell your cartridges only not downloaded games on a memory card. If you sell privately or online you will get more money.

Can you remove credit card from eShop?

Stored credit card information can be deleted on the Nintendo Switch eShop or through your profile settings on the Nintendo Account website. Deleting the information in one place will also delete it from the other. Users under 18 are not able to save credit card information.
