Can you share EA Play PC to PS4?

There is no cross platform subscription at this time. As such if you wish to use EA Play on different platforms then you will need an active membership on each. If you have Game Pass Ultimate on Xbox or Game Pass PC then this includes EA Play through EA Desktop.

If you made your EA Account using the same email address you use for your platform-specific account, load any EA game on your Xbox, PlayStation®, or Switch, and your accounts should automatically connect.

@SailorxBoba EA Play subscriptions are specific to the individual platform, as in, you can't use your XBox sub to download games onto your computer. (There's a separate case with XBox Game Pass covered here.) Games cannot be transferred between platforms either.

You can use the same EA account but you have to buy a separate subscription for PS4 i'm afraid. There is no way to transfer subscriptions across platforms. The best thing to do is cancel your current Steam subscription and when it expires it won't renew and you can purchase a fresh subscription on PS4.
