Can you switch accounts on Origin?

You'll need to create a new log in for My Account. A final bill for the old account will be issued to the previous account holder. Origin will automatically end the old agreement.

Can I transfer Origin game to another account?

You cannot move your games or personas to another account yourself. If you decide you really want to merge your accounts, you'll have to contact us to do that. When you talk to one of our advisors, we'll make sure there's no better way to solve this for you.

Some of our games let you save your progress to our cloud. That means that you can access your games and saves from other computers or consoles, as long as you're signed in to your account. If we move your game from one account to another, you'll lose access to your cloud saves.

The Origin license must first be deactivated from the original computer and then the license can be reactivated on the new computer by using the same Product Key.

Are Origin and steam accounts linked?
