@sapphysketch This is typically caused by a mod that affects the user interface, for example UI Cheats, or mods by TwistedMexi. So try removing any of those if you use them, and delete localthumbcache. package as well.

Newcrest is supposed to be entirely empty lots for you to build your own town (or download buildings/lots from your library or the community gallery). No worries, there is nothing wrong with your game.
