Is 75 Hz bad for FPS?

Yes, anything in general above 75 hertz is enough for FPS gaming. I play a lot of FPS shooters in my spare time, and most of my games are locked to 60 fps so it's fine for me. However if you're doing more competitive gaming at the highest level, then i suggest going with a 144 hertz monitor.

Yes. For the vast majority of gamers, 75Hz will be more than enough to play practically any game that you'd want to play. While certain genres can certainly benefit from an even higher frame rate, 75Hz is still a significant advantage over 60Hz, and will offer an even better gaming experience.

How much FPS does 75Hz give?

If Vsync is on then yes you will be limited to 75 fps on a 75hz screen. But I don't recommend having vsync on because of the stutter it causes if you don't manage to get 75 fps reliably. If you turn vsync off then you could have 150 fps but the screen will be refreshing at 75hz still.

yes! I done it just over a year ago and don't regret it one bit! the difference in image quality is amazing and if you get a high refresh rate monitor it makes it all the better. The jump from 2k to 4k is not a huge difference but 1080p to 1440p is. I'm thinking of getting a 75Hz monitor and I'm currently using 60Hz.
