Is EA Play only for one platform?

The EA Play Pro subscription is only available for PC. If you purchased the subscription it will only work on Origin / EA App on your PC. The benefits are not available on PlayStation, Steam or Xbox platforms.

If your Xbox profile is linked to your EA account we just need to refresh it. Please sign out on your EA Desktop App, from there sign out and then quit the EA Desktop app before signing back in. Directly search the game on the EA Desktop to install.
