Is Lamb the Bloody Nine?

Lamb is never actually called or referred to as Logen or The Bloody Nine. Both Dab Sweet and Cosca work out who he is, but only ever refer to how they worked it out: in essence a huge Northman with 9 fingers who's slaughtered his way across the Far Country with extreme effectiveness.
