Is there a way to turn off gore the forest?

see less Unfortunately there is not a way to turn off the "gore" of the game. However I will say as a player of the game, the gore is minimal at best. You shoot somebody and when they fall down there may be some blood on their chest, that is it. No blood splatter, no blood pooling on the ground.
