If you beat Blood and Wine then finish the campaign honestly the remainder of the campaign will be very easy. But if you mean in terms of story, no it doesn't matter unless of course you get the bad ending, then we'll it doesn't make much sense that you'd be doing Blood and Wine afterwards.
