What is too hot for a 3060 Ti?

The temps are usually between 71 and 75 degrees Celsius with the "hot spot" hitting 85c. I use GPU-Z to monitor the temps and load percentages. I don't really know what the "hot spot" is, but I know that anything above 80c is bad.
