Does 5800X run hotter than 5900X?

The 5800X and 5900X have the same power target. But the 5800X is a single CCD and the 5900X has two, so the heat dissipation is much more spread out on the 5900X. Therefor the 5800X will show higher hot spot temperatures as heat has a limited transfer rate, so it builds up over time.
