Will Aternos delete my server?

We try to save your server data for at least three months after you used your server for the last time. The actual time when your server gets deleted depends on the general usage of Aternos at the time.

Do Aternos accounts get deleted?

After seven days your account will be permanently deleted. Please be aware that this will delete your entire account and all server files forever. There is no way to recover your account or your server files after that, not even by contacting us.
